Past History:
Break Away Moments debuted its radio show in Jan. 2007 as part of Caribbean Saturday programming with Rama Communications.
Sandy Isaacs previously hosted 'Break Away Moments...the ultimate radio travel experience show' Saturdays on WOKB 1680 AM from 11:00am - noon, EST. Based in Orlando, this radio program had as its forum, the Travel & Tourism Industry, and territory related to this arena. The show also incorporated an emphasis on general Caribbean information as well, so as to support the efforts of the broader Caribbean community on a local level within Central Florida.
Included in the segments were 'special guest' appearances from within the travel & tourism industry along with other outstanding Caribbean folks being interviewed, hotel, airline, and island attractions information being shared, and the overall positive promotion of the Caribbean culture and region built into the program.
The show focused on enticing prospective travelers to the Caribbean region and giving listeners the best of the spectacular Caribbean with its showcasing of the region. Additonally, there was always the bonus feature of sweet Caribbean sounds and music on the airwaves to make one experience the Caribbean even more.
